Exelthior’s Kingdom Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Exelthior’s Kingdom, where we provide an exciting and transparent experience for Pokémon card collectors and enthusiasts. By accessing, participating in auctions, or making a purchase, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before engaging in any transactions.

1. General Agreement

By participating in Exelthior’s Kingdom’s auctions, sales, or services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of privileges, including bidding, purchasing, and account access.

2. No Cancellations, Refunds, or Returns

• All sales are final. Once a bid is placed and won during a live auction, or a purchase is completed at a set price, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned for any reason.

• This applies to all items, including but not limited to sealed Pokémon products, single cards, mystery packs, and opened packs.

• Refunds will not be issued due to buyer’s remorse, market fluctuations, or dissatisfaction with pack contents.

3. Opened Product Policy

• During live auctions, purchased packs may be opened live. Once a pack is opened, the sale is final, and no refunds or returns will be accepted, regardless of card pulls.

• We do not guarantee specific card values, pull rates, or individual card conditions beyond the manufacturer’s quality control.

4. Sealed Product Policy

• The value of sealed Pokémon products fluctuates, and all sealed product sales are final upon purchase.

• We guarantee that sealed products are in their original, factory-sealed condition at the time of shipping.

• Exelthior’s Kingdom is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as misprints, packaging errors, or minor box imperfections.

5. Market Fluctuations & Card Value Disclaimer

• The value of Pokémon cards can change rapidly due to market trends. Exelthior’s Kingdom does not guarantee or warrant the future value of any product.

• We will not issue refunds, returns, or compensation due to market price fluctuations after purchase.

6. Purchasing at a Set Price

• In addition to live auctions, Exelthior’s Kingdom offers items for direct purchase at a set price.

• All purchases at set prices are subject to the same terms and conditions as auction sales, including no cancellations, refunds, or returns.

• By purchasing an item at a set price, you acknowledge and accept these policies.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• All payments are final and non-refundable. Any chargebacks or payment disputes will be contested with proof of purchase, auction participation, and our stated policy.

• Customers who file chargebacks may be banned from future auctions, sales, and services.

8. Shipping & Risk of Loss

• Once an order is shipped, Exelthior’s Kingdom is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged items.

• All risk and liability for shipments transfer to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

• Tracking information will be provided for all orders. It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor and ensure the safe receipt of their package.

• We do not replace or refund orders affected by shipping issues. Any claims for lost or damaged packages must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

9. Auction & Purchase Conduct

• All bidders and buyers must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to participate in auctions or purchase items at set prices.

• Bidding is a binding agreement—placing a bid means you are committing to purchasing the item if you win.

• Purchasing at a set price is also a binding agreement—once an item is bought, the transaction is final.

• We reserve the right to ban or restrict users who engage in fraudulent bidding, non-payment, or disruptive behavior.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Exelthior’s Kingdom is not responsible for any losses incurred from purchases, including market value depreciation or dissatisfaction with pulls.

• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or any related entities.

• Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased item at the time of sale.

11. Policy Updates & Agreement

• Exelthior’s Kingdom reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• By participating in our auctions, purchasing from our store, or engaging with our services, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
